At 16, Alecia Delaney Baker was balancing three jobs, running a warehouse, and building her future from grit. Today, she’s the Founder of The Aesthetics Society, a nationally recognized injector and trainer, and the force behind The Aesthetic Training.
Her journey is deeply personal. After losing her aunt to breast cancer in 2013, Alecia committed to empowering women to create lives of confidence, resilience, and independence.
She’s built four thriving med spas, trained more than 1,500 injectors across the U.S. and Canada, and is a sought-after speaker at national events, including the Master Injector Conference and Revance REV Summit.

Molly Harris
APRN, FNP-C, Cosmetic Injector, Hormone Expert
Molly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics and hormone replacement care. Molly graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado, earning a Master of Science in nursing. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. Molly is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Texas Nurse Practitioners’ Association. Before joining The Aesthetics Society, her experience includes: aesthetic medicine, hormone replacement care, surgical and emergency nursing, and internal medicine.
Molly has worked as a trainer in several arenas, including Lead Sales Trainer and Business Development Manager for Pepsi Bottling Group’s western market, as creator & leader of Swedish Medical Center’s Nurse Graduate Orientation Program, and as a charge nurse responsible for the continuing education and training of all floor staff members.
Cumulatively, Molly’s aesthetic knowledge & experience, along with her educational background, take students from novice to fully capable aesthetic providers. Understanding the science and art behind each treatment allows course attendees to become safer, more confident, results-driven injectors.

With over 15 years of experience in the skincare industry, Stacy Kirkpatrick brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and artistry to both her clients and her students. As Lead Aesthetician at The Aesthetics Society, Stacy is driven by a deep commitment to helping others reflect their inner beauty through confident, radiant skin.
Specializing in advanced aesthetic services including Hydrafacial, Intraceuticals Infusion Treatments, SkinPen Microneedling, Laser Resurfacing, Lash Lifts, and Full Body Waxing, Stacy combines technical precision with a nurturing, results-driven approach. Her sessions strike the perfect balance between relaxation and education, leaving clients not only glowing but empowered with knowledge about their skin.
A proud graduate of the Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails, Stacy holds certifications in Laser Resurfacing, Hydrafacial, Intraceuticals Infusion Therapy, and SkinPen Microneedling, and is a Certified Laser Hair Removal Technician (CLHRT).

With a career rooted in passion, precision, and purpose, Christina Gronberg brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and heartfelt mentorship to the aesthetics industry. As a Licensed Medical Aesthetician (LME), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and Clinical Laser Hair Removal Technician (CLHRT), Christina has become known for her ability to merge science and artistry in every treatment and training she leads.
Her love for skincare began in childhood, inspired by her mother’s 25-year career as a professional makeup artist. That early exposure to beauty and confidence sparked a lifelong dedication to helping others look and feel their best—both inside and out.
Today, Christina channels that same passion into training and educating fellow estheticians, offering hands-on workshops that focus on advanced skincare, laser safety, treatment planning, and client experience. Her approachable, relatable teaching style empowers learners to build confidence, refine their technique, and truly understand the “why” behind each protocol.
Originally from Chicago and now proud to call Texas home, Christina balances her professional drive with a full, vibrant life as a wife and mom of six incredible adult children—plus three beloved fur babies.
